Rizwan Yousaf (B.A., M.A., LL.B., LL.M.) Legal representative for USCIS and Immigration Courts has been providing consultancy services in New York since 1994.
Mr. Yousaf holds a Bachelor of Arts and a Master of Arts degree, with a major in Political Science, from Punjab University in Lahore, Pakistan, as well as a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.

Mr. Yousaf holds a Bachelor of Arts and a Master of Arts degree, with a major in Political Science, from Punjab University in Lahore, Pakistan, as well as a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.). To further advance his legal career, he earned a Master of Laws and completed a Post-Doctoral LL.M. from Northwestern, USA. He is a licensed Attorney in Pakistan and practices corporate law.
His most notable legal work includes his thesis on the United Nations, titled World Court—Peace in Nuclear Pieces.
In addition to his legal practice, Mr. Yousaf is also a licensed realtor in New Jersey, where he is actively involved in real estate transactions.
Aadil Rizwan is the Director of Nana Immigration Legal Services and a third-year law student at Seton Hall University School of Law in New Jersey. Aadil brings a strong foundation in legal and financial analysis to his work, focusing on family-based immigration, asylum, and removal defense. He is committed to delivering clear, compassionate, and effective guidance to clients navigating the U.S. immigration system.
Mr. Quintal practices law in New York since 1989 with concentration on all kinds of immigration law cases, residential and commercial real estate closings, contracts, wills and probates, matrimonial, wage and hour, accidents, and other civil cases. He was admitted to the Philippines Bar in 1981.
Mr. Quintal taught various subjects in different colleges and universities in PHL from 1975 - 1984; a New York College in 1993.
His volunteer work includes being General Counsel of Philippine Independence Day Council Inc. (PIDCI), a non-profit corporation that organizes and sponsors the annual Philippine Independence Day Parade along Madison Avenue in New York City, National Association of New Americans, Inc., and other not-for-profit organizations.
He was/is Columnist - Philippine Daily Mirror, NJ-based an online newspaper ; Executive Editor - International Tribune, a weekly English newspaper for the Asian American community, published in New York City, and; Columnist - NewStar Philippines, a weekly English newspaper for the Filipino American community in the eastern states of the U.S.
Amira Ibrahim recently completed her LL.M. (New York Bar Track) from Pace University’s Elisabeth Haub School of Law and is a candidate for the New York Bar Exam in February 2025. She also holds an LL.B. from Pakistan and an LL.M. in International Dispute Resolution from the University of Bedfordshire, UK.
A licensed attorney in Pakistan, Amira brings over two years of legal practice experience, with a focus on U.S. immigration law, arbitration, and legal research. She currently serves as a Foreign Legal Associate at the Law Offices of Manuel B. Quintal, located at 291 Broadway, New York, NY.
In addition to her legal practice, Amira has taught International Law and Human Rights as a visiting lecturer at Iqra University and SZABIST University in Islamabad, Pakistan. Her academic and professional background reflects a deep commitment to global legal systems and cross-border advocacy.
Muhammad Jahanzeb Bugti (LL.B.) is a legal professional with a degree from the University of London, UK, completed in 2022. He is currently pursuing an LL.M. in Environmental Law at Pace University’s Elisabeth Haub School of Law, NY.
Mr. Bugti gained practical experience working at Marwat Law Attorneys and Juwayni & Hawkins in Pakistan, handling various legal matters between 2021 and 2022. He brings a growing expertise in environmental law and a commitment to providing effective legal solutions.
